Tereza Martinu

Biography

Dr. Martinu’s research focuses on chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD), also known chronic rejection, with the goal of understanding CLAD mechanisms and discovering novel strategies for diagnosing, preventing, and treating the condition. She co-leads a “CLAD team” and is the Toronto Lung Transplant Program research co-director. She is also an outstanding research mentor and supervisor.
