Neill Adhikari

Biography

Dr. Adhikari has published important meta-analyses and systematic reviews on predictors of embolism in patients with endocarditis, anti-Ebola therapy, hospital readmission after sepsis survival, and imaging for neuro-prognostication after cardiac arrest. He has conducted clinical trials on the management of sepsis, COVID-19, and critical illness causing hypotension. Dr. Adhikari has made major contributions to the delivery of critical care in resource-limited settings, and is an active consultant to the World Health Organization.
