Geetha Mukerji

Biography

Dr. Mukerji is an endocrinologist with a Master’s degree in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the University of Toronto. She has focused her work on three areas of quality improvement: reducing unnecessary testing in endocrinology practice; improving diabetes quality of care; and developing and evaluating innovative models of ambulatory care. Her QI initiatives have been widely disseminated and have been influential in national guidelines and local hospital policies and practice.
