Fahad Razak

Biography

Dr. Razak is the founder and co-lead of General Medicine Inpatient Initiative (GEMINI), a 30-hospital big data network that extracts data generated as part of routine medical care and uses it for research and quality improvement initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Razak conducted and published the first and largest description of COVID-19 hospitalizations in Canada. He has also created the Ontario General Medicine Quality Improvement Network (GeMQIN), the first quality improvement network of its kind in Canada.
